South-east, following the Six Dales Trail, along the southern side of Fewston Reservoir and the western side of Swinsty Reservoir. After Swinsty Hall, south-west to Carr Farm then skirting the southern edge of Dobpark Wood to Crag Farm. North towards the River Washburn and Folly Hall. Returning along the eastern side of Swinsty Reservoir and the northern side of Fewston Reservoir. A 14-mile walk in Nidderdale.

It clearly displays footpaths, rights of way, open access land and vegetation on the ground, making it ideal for walking, running and hiking.
