East out of Masham to the River Ure, then south along the Ripon Rowel Walk to the village of Grewelthorpe. West along minor roads and tracks to High Langwith Cross on Grewelthorpe Moor, then north-east, through Ilton, to the western side of Swinton Park. Through the park to the road at Low Swinton, and north back to Masham. A 14-mile walk in Nidderdale.
